Service Description
Tenka is an AI assistant integrated into Discord, powered by Claude by Anthropic. It answers member questions, summarizes conversations, and reasons about your server rules.
Artificial Intelligence
Tenka uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate responses. AI responses may contain errors and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on these responses.
Service Availability
Tenka is provided as a hosted service. Scheduled maintenance windows may occur, typically outside peak hours. Features may evolve as the service develops. We will endeavor to communicate significant changes in advance.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived. By subscribing to a paid plan and using the service, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tenka to generate illegal, harassing, or misleading content. Any prompt injection, reverse engineering, or data extraction attempt is prohibited. Using Tenka responses to train other AI models or reselling the service is forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of abuse, following a graduated procedure: warning, temporary suspension, then permanent suspension.
Intellectual Property
The Tenka software, its source code, name, logo, and all associated content are the exclusive property of Sorakai EURL. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use is prohibited. Content generated by users through Tenka remains the property of its respective authors. By using the service, you grant Sorakai EURL a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Tenka service.
Limitation of Liability
Tenka is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. Tenka does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the service's responses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Sorakai EURL in connection with the Tenka service is limited to the total amount actually paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Sorakai EURL, nor to personal injury.
Subscriptions and Billing
Tenka subscriptions (Starter, Pro) are billed in EUR incl. VAT via Stripe, either monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime via the /billing command or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you retain access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for the current period.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. In case of any material change, you will be notified via Discord notification or email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be made before any legal action. Failing amicable resolution within 30 days, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
